Electro-Acupuncture / Cupping / Infrared Lamp Therapy
In your acupuncture treatment, electro-acupuncture, cupping, and infrared lamp therapy, if clinically appropriate, are included at NO extra charge.
For your initial visit with a TCM consultation and acupuncture treatment for your presenting condition with an herbal prescription and other recommendations.
For your initial visit with a TCM consultation for your presenting condition with an herbal prescription and other recommendations. (Does not include an acupuncture treatment.)
*If your last visit was over 5 years ago, then your next visit will be billed as an initial visit.
For your follow-up visit with reassessment of your prior presenting condition and an acupuncture treatment, with herbal modifications as appropriate and other recommendations.
*If your prior last was over 5 years ago, then your next visit will be billed as an initial visit.
For your follow-up visit with a reassessment of your last presenting condition, with herbal modifications as appropriate and other recommendations.
*If your last visit was over 5 years ago, then your next visit will be billed as an initial visit.
For your return visit with consultation for a NEW concern not addressed in prior visits, with herbal prescriptionand other recommendations.
Added fee for acupuncture treatments on both the front and back sides within a single session, to account for additional time and work.
The cost of every herbal formulas varies depending on the herbs prescribed according to your consultation or resassessment.

I do not accept insurance except for motor vehicle accident claims. For all acupuncture treatments, I will provide you with a Superbill, which may be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement according to your health coverage (please check with your insurance company for your specific benefits).
